How do I choose the correct size and last?
Each of our lasts has unique characteristics. We generally recommend staying with your standard UK sizing for most lasts, but you can consult our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements and fit comparisons.
What is the typical shipping timeframe?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days. International shipping via DHL Express usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that Made-to-Order (MTO) items and Group Made-to-Order (GMTO) items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a resoling service?
While we do not offer an in-house resoling service at this time, our shoes are constructed using a traditional Goodyear Welt, meaning they can be easily resoled by any competent local cobbler multiple times.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
We recommend using high-quality cedar shoe trees after every wear to maintain shape and moisture. Clean and condition the leather regularly with specialized creams and waxes to prevent cracking and maintain the patina.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders within the EU and USA, taxes are typically calculated at checkout. For other international destinations, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes levied by their local customs office.
